Barrie Jazz and Blues Festival

Last weekend marks the beginning of a fabulous music experience that is free for everyone to enjoy.  The annual Barrie Jazz and Blues Festival takes place in a variety of restaurants and bars around Barrie, including the City Hall rotunda!  There are lunch performances and evening shows, and they are all FREE.

I had the pleasure of being on the original planning committee over 20 years ago and I am thrilled that it is still going strong.  The festival runs from Jun 7 – Jun 18 and I would highly recommend that you take the time to visit a venue.  Just have a look at www.barriejazzandbluesfest.com.
