Why are we having SNOW in July???

 

I know  . . . it seems more than strange to me too, but when I look for homes for my buyers I am finding “snow pictures” on more than a few listings on MLS, especially higher priced homes over $800K.  I found 4 listings like this just last week!!!

As a Realtor who prides himself on doing the best possible job to market my clients’ homes, this is unacceptable! It is embarrassing to me that my colleagues are neglecting their clients and being careless in their advertising.  All I can say is home sellers should check their listings regularly and hold their agents accountable.
