To date, the Barrie & District Association of Realtors is reporting that this year has been “very strong”.  The first seven months for 2012 have seen considerably higher sales than 2011 and we’ve seen the best sales numbers year to date since 2007.  I remember back to ’07 and things were much simpler back then before the “Big Stock Loss”.  I am very encouraged to see my industry returning to such strong sales figures.

As for my success this year I am happy to report that this is my best year so far with approximately 20% better results over last year.
