I can’t believe some of the bizarre stories new clients have been sharing with me in the last few weeks. These clients have really been treated poorly by their previous Realtors. Things like not being allowed to know their Realtor’s cell phone number, very little to no contact by the Realtor. One couple repeatedly called their Realtor’s office 3 days in a row and then finally learned that their Realtor is in Mexico for two weeks! What on earth would they do if someone wanted to make an offer on their home? Some of the stories and experiences are hard to believe, but they’re true.
I am grateful that my approach to real estate is 100 per cent “Client focused”. I am duty bound to my clients and I enjoy what I do.
