Homes sold conditionally: 36
So homes sold + conditional sales = 56 which is exactly 1/2 of the homes listed (28).
The trend of fewer sellers and more buyers continues. I am surprised to see that there are twice as many buyers than sellers and that is going to make things very interesting.
