Well things are changing in the Barrie real estate market and the pot is shrinking a little.  There were fewer homes listed in the Barrie area, more firm sales, and more price reductions!  That means fewer homes are becoming available and those that have been listed for a while are coming down in price to try and attract the perfect buyer.  Our stats for Monday as of close of business on May 13th, based on information gathered by our Barrie & District Association of Realtors  indicate the following:

41 Conditional sales accepted

22 Price Reductions
