I keep watching the market each day and numbers are pretty much holding steady.  There were two days in a row last week where we had 40 or more new listings come onto the market!  And homes are still selling.  If the price is right I believe anything can happen.  Even though the middle of the summer is typically a slower time for the market but so far so good!

Our stats for Monday as of close of business on July 15th, based on information gathered by our Barrie & District Association of Realtors  indicate the following:

31 Homes listed

26 Firm deals

40 Conditional sales accepted
