Have you ever been to an Open House?  Are you the type of person who has always admired a home and the second you see that it’s For Sale you pine for the opportunity to buy.  Then, when you see an Open House sign you make a point of attending? Two things could happen when you walk in that door.  You could simply have a look and satisfy your curiosity and carry on with your life.  Or, you walk inside and fall in love!  Then you quickly re-evaluate your situation and decide to put your house on the market so that you can buy the home you’ve always wanted.

Well, that’s what real estate sales people would love to see happen!  We host Open Houses primarily to give people the chance to see inside a home without any obligation to buy.  We want to market the home as best we can and give as many people as possible the opportunity to have a look.  Selling the home is always the main goal.

Well, in the next few weeks John Weber will be hosting two Open Houses at two very different homes.  One is a beautiful 14 year old raised bungalow on Cox Mill Rd.  Close to schools, Barrie’s downtown, the GO station and so much more.

The other home is a charming 2 1/2 storey century home in the heart of Wyevale.  This 5 bedroom home has been masterfully renovated and I believe it’s worth the drive to Wyevale to see inside.

These homes are suited to totally different types of families but both are opportunities to get great value for your dollar.  If you’re in the market for a change or just curious, mark these dates on your calendar and go for a drive.  You never know what you’ll find when you walk through the door!
