The weekly numbers are decreasing, as is natural for this time of year.  Just keep in mind that Sellers are still having success listing and selling their homes in December so don’t be afraid to try if you really want to sell.  Fewer homes on the market means you stand a better chance of attracting the right buyer to your home!

14 Firm deals

10 Conditional sales accepted/Listings Withdrawn
