However, when it comes time to sell your home it can be detrimental to a deal to become too attached to the things that you want to be exempted. You have to be ready to negotiate these items to close a real estate deal.

Is it really worth losing the sale of your home because you had to spend time paying off those appliances?Are the planters in front of the home important enough to force a buyer to walk away? No, it is likely that none of it is all that important.

A great realtor will try to steer their clients to making the best possible decision. They stay calm, unemotional, give the facts and then let their clients make the most informed decision they can make.
