There are many Barrie Realtors who believe the weather can influence the real estate market.  Just out of curiosity, I thought I would check the activity in Barrie and area for yesterday considering the heavy snowfall we endured. Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but…have a look!

Our Barrie real estate statistics for Tuesday, November 18th, based on information gathered by our Barrie & District Association of Realtors  indicate the following:

5  New Listings

10 Firm deals

19 Conditional sales accepted/Listings Withdrawn

And with just 4 new listings added to the market today, so far, it looks like immediate weather conditions does slow the market down…at least temporarily!
