We have now hit a month that is traditionally slower with respect to the real estate market.  People are taking their final vacations before school begins in September, or they’re enjoying the last few weeks with their pool before deciding to sell and move on.  The crazy thing is that we continue to have more homes being sold each week than are being listed!
