The Barrie Real Estate market is slowing a little bit.  There is still activity and John and I have two listings that will be hitting the market in the next week or so, so new opportunities to buy are coming up every day.  The mild weather is certainly a huge plus right now because it encourages people to get out and look.  It’s much easier to envision your family making a big move when the ground is dry…a move in the dead of winter isn’t much fun!
