June seems to have followed along the same lines as the first five months of 2016.  It has been a challenge finding homes for our Buyers and we have more Sellers getting ready to list in the coming weeks.  We are finding that people who wouldn’t normally have thought about selling this year are suddenly thinking it might be a good idea.  Why not take advantage of the market and see what we can get for our home?  The tricky part will be finding them someplace to buy!  Overall the past seven days have been slightly slower than the previous month, but that’s natural for this time of year.
