Bidding Wars.  For those of us trading in Real Estate in Barrie and the surrounding areas, bidding wars have traditionally only happened in Toronto.  In the past two years Sales Reps in Barrie have started being involved in them, but it still wasn’t the norm.  In the past eight to 10 months, however, bidding wars are not only expected but I’m finding more and more REALTORS around me trying to plan for them.
