Like I said last week, July is typically a little slower for Barrie’s real estate market.  But as we all know this is not a typical year! The demand for good homes, whether they be detached, semi-detached, condos, rural or subdivision, is still high.  The big change over the past seven days is that this is the first time in months that I can report that we had more homes listed than sold!  But not by much.  Remember, when it comes to Buying or Selling real estate in Barrie and area, we’re on your team!
