What a great September we’re having!  The kids are back at school, the weather is beautiful, gas prices remain low, and we still have a lack of inventory for potential Buyers to look at!  September is generally the kick off to our fall real estate market.  Home owners get back into a routine and focus on getting their home sold quickly with the hopes of moving before December.
