We’d like to take a moment to encourage you to go for a wall on Feb 25th.  Yes, it’s still winter and yes, it’ll likely be cold that day.  So why the heck am I asking you to go for a walk?  It’s a great opportunity to get a taste for what our homeless youth have to put up with when they don’t have a place to live.  Barrie’s Youth Haven is the only shelter for homeless youth in all of Simcoe County.  They do a number of fundraising events throughout the year, and on Feb 25th they are the recipients of the fundraising efforts of the Canada-wide event called Coldest Night of The Year.
