Wow, what a crazy Real Estate Market we’re in!  Our heads are swimming with the shifting trends that really seem to be changing every seven days!  There are more and more listings coming onto the market, which is great for our Buyers.  But it means we’re having to manage the expectations of our Sellers who logically expect to receive multiple offers with high offer prices.  That’s still happening, but not as much.  If we had a crystal ball it would make our jobs much easier…Have a listen to John Weber’s most recent youtube video where he discusses our Barrie Real Estate stats as of this morning.
