As predicted, the nicer weather has led to more homes being listed for sale.  The more homes that are listed, the more homes that are sold, which is a great domino effect!  Unfortunately, the stress of multiple offers is still a very real thing, and there are plenty of Buyers out there who simply losing faith in ever being able to buy a home.  Here are the most current Barrie Real Estate Market stats for the past seven days, as posted by the Barrie & District Association of Realtors as of 8:30 am on April 4th, 2017.

156 Firm deals

41  Conditional sales accepted/Listings Withdrawn

And of those SOLD listings, 101 sold for OVER list price!

Just for curiosity, I had a look at how many homes are listing FOR SALE right now in Barrie, Essa, Innisfil, Springwater and Oro-Medonte.  There are 339 active listings at this moment.
