It’s been a wild couple of weeks in Barrie’s Real Estate Market.  We’re hearing more and more stories of deals not closing, and we’re seeing more and more offers coming in with conditions.  It’s impossible to predict what will happen tomorrow, so we continue to look at what happened yesterday and try to make sense of it!  John Weber is constantly reading articles and talking to others in the Real Estate industry to get a feel for how the market is doing.
