It’s time for some monthly stats!  It’s been a crazy few months both out in the general real estate market, and behind the scenes of how we capture our real estate data.  We always want to share accurate data with you, and have decided to start doing this once a month.  Here is our most recent video where we review what happened in February of 2018 and how it compares to last year.

Our stats are compiled by the Barrie & District Association of Realtors, and here are the stats for homes listed on the Barrie board for the month of Feb, 2018.

Sales Activity was 263 units, down 43.2% from Feb of 2017

Average Sale Price was $506,883, which is down 4.5% from last Feb

New Listings total 595, up 10.6% from last Feb

Active Listings total 938, which is up an incredible 125.5% over last Feb

Months of inventory is 3.8
