John and I tend to keep our donations quiet, but I thought it might be good to highlight some of the charitable organizations that we help throughout the year with the hope that it will bring more attention to their work. [Read more…]
Have you been wondering what is going on in the current Barrie Housing Market?
Our Barrie & District Association of REALTORS released the September market stats earlier today and The Weber Team thought it would be a good time to get back into the routine of sharing these with you. The report summarizes various markets in Simcoe County, but we are going to focus on the Barrie Housing Market. You could check out John Weber’s most recent FaceBook Live post, or you can have a look below. Either way, we hope you come away feeling a little more informed.
Are you looking for a one of a kind waterfront property?
We have an exclusive property for sale located off Line 15 in Oro-Medonte. It has 80 ft of waterfront on Lake Simcoe, is a bungalow with a fully finished walk-out basement. This 5,000 square foot property is a new build and could be fully furnished when you move in!
If you would like details about this home, call John Weber at 705-727-6111.

One of our projects was to create a video for John’s market update, and I hope that you all saw it when we posted it on Facebook last week. We hope to be able to present one of those on a monthly basis, so stay tuned! [Read more…]
It’s been a wild couple of weeks in Barrie’s Real Estate Market. We’re hearing more and more stories of deals not closing, and we’re seeing more and more offers coming in with conditions. It’s impossible to predict what will happen tomorrow, so we continue to look at what happened yesterday and try to make sense of it! John Weber is constantly reading articles and talking to others in the Real Estate industry to get a feel for how the market is doing. You could check out his most recent FaceBook Live post about our weekly stats, or you can have a look below. Either way, we hope you come away feeling a little more informed.
