The Rental Fairness Act came into effect a few months ago and it is important for all landlords and tenants to check it out. Market Update
It’s been a wild couple of weeks in Barrie’s Real Estate Market. We’re hearing more and more stories of deals not closing, and we’re seeing more and more offers coming in with conditions. It’s impossible to predict what will happen tomorrow, so we continue to look at what happened yesterday and try to make sense of it!
